Course Description

In today's information-overloaded workplace, the ability to cut through noise, spot manipulation, and make sound decisions isn't just valuable—it's essential for survival. This course transforms how you process information, solve problems, and navigate complex workplace challenges by engaging the science of critical thinking. You'll learn to identify cognitive biases, evaluate evidence, and develop reasoning skills that elevate your professional credibility and decision-making power. Unlike generic thinking courses, in this course, you’ll develop your own Critical Thinking Playbook—practical tools, techniques, and frameworks you'll use immediately to tackle real workplace dilemmas in a game-based way. From managing crisis situations to navigating ethical challenges, you'll build mental resilience and develop the metacognitive awareness that separates high performers from the crowd. Because in a world of fake news, biased information, and rapid change, your ability to think critically is your competitive advantage.
