Knowing how to properly format and edit a PDF for digital and print purposes is vital for people working in graphic design roles.
Some of the learning topics covered include applying security and password permissions, digital forms creation, using comments tool to track changes, PDF preflight, using a PDF as a presentation file or PowerPoint backup and signatures to streamline approval of documents. We will discuss backwards compatibility with Photoshop, Illustrator, MS Word, adding watermarks, headers and footers and embedding audio and video in a PDF to enhance a presentation.
