Course Description
Leaders as coaches — earn the right to coach people. This involves knowing your working style, having confident in your roles, and being committed to the success of those you lead. During this course, you'll take a deep dive into who you are to improve your leadership skills.
Discover how to assess your own unique values, motivations, talents and intentions. You will examine how biases impact your coaching ability to help you find new methods, skills and practices.
Earn a SAIT micro-credential
