Workplace bullying has a profoundly negative impact on both the individual and the employer through increased absenteeism, decreased productivity, and low morale. Creating a respectful, anti-bullying workplace is a critical part of attracting and retaining employees who feel safe, empowered and able to do their jobs.

This course will examine ways to build a respectful work environment and how to enhance morale and employee engagement while addressing strategies on how to prevent and appropriately deal with workplace bullying and violence.
