Course Description

As an Administrative Professional, you'll face protocol and etiquette dilemmas in sometimes a rather demanding environment.

You'll work alongside other administrative staff representing your guests, greeting and introducing executives and colleagues from other companies and cultures, ordering food for special guests and working or dining with diverse and eclectic team members. With this course, you'll learn strategies for making lasting impressions and building strong relationships.

Experiential learning topics in business protocols will include:
