Course Description

For a project to be correctly executed, critical systems and processes are required to ensure the project adheres to approved scope, time, cost, and quality baselines.

This workshop, based on the Project Management Institute's (PMI®) latest PMBOK® Guide, focuses on change control, scope control and verification, schedule control, cost control, earned value management, quality control, and risk monitoring and control. Because projects cannot go to plan, we'll cover practical preventative and corrective actions, as well as teach the importance of adequately closing a project from an administrative and human resource point of view.
