Course Description

The fifth course of PLC - HMI Certificate of Achievement provides you with the knowledge to develop a fully functional control system project, interfaced to a process with feedback control.

Monitor, control, and display application status information graphically on an HMI using FactoryTalk Studio Site Edition and utilizing an instrument index, shutdown key, P&ID drawings, and an alarm philosophy the student will use these engineering documents to complete the project from start to finish.

Prerequisites

 

CMPC-106 is the mandatory requirement for this course.  You are required to show proof of completion by emailing conedadvising@sait.ca.
