Course Description

In the construction industry, it is critical that you understand both blueprints and contract documents. Blueprints illustrate the overall design and details of the final product, while contracts are legal, binding agreements between the builder and the owner. Contracts also include a detailed list of the materials to be used in the project.

In this course, you will learn how to interpret blueprints in order to visualize the final product. You will also learn how to interpret contract documents from an estimator's perspective.
