Course Description

Understanding how to solution digital technologies is a key pillar in an organization's digital transformation. Through virtual classrooms and online workshops, this course will introduce you to "the art of the possible" and how organizations can transform their performance through digital solutions, providing a framework for innovation through digital technologies that enable organizations, businesses, and individuals to build a unique competitive advantage.

We will introduce you to the "what" and the "how" of digital solutions, exploring how digital technologies are the key components of digital solutions and explore how the pathways and processes to implementing digital solutions. You will have an opportunity to learn how to evaluate the risk, effort, and business value of digital solutions through real-life examples and benefit from the shared experiences of experts.

Through a final capstone project, you will have the opportunity to connect your learning back to your organization, business, or towards your career aspirations.

Section Notes

This course is delivered over six weeks in four hour virtual sessions, one per week – (24 Hours)
Participants can expect project work each week between sessions, as well as the opportunity to discuss specific questions with the instructor up to one hour per week (21 hours)
Estimated total of 45 hours. (Project work times may vary, week to week and attendee to attendee)

Instructor led group discussions will be held via Zoom every week. Sessions are Wednesdays between February 3 to March 10 from 12:30pm to 4:30pm.
