Course Description

Product management is a function within a product development team that focuses on successfully executing the product lifecycle, from conception to retirement. There is a growing demand for product managers across a broad spectrum of industries in Alberta. In this course, you will apply design thinking and agile tools in the development of a vision, strategy, and a go-to-market plan for a product or service.
