PROJ 025 - Agile Project Management
Course Description
Enhance your understanding of the agile process and explore the extensive opportunities to practice implementing agile best practices throughout a project’s life cycle. With this course, you’ll learn to effectively implement agile practices that require a paradigm shift, which include a new mindset and new techniques. Learn about agile concepts, such as the four primary principles (Theme/Initiatives, Epics, User Stories, and Tasks), the minimum viable product (MVP), project envisioning, team velocity, and estimating and prioritizing user stories. You’ll also explore how to manage risk, while employing effective techniques to identify key stakeholders and their success criteria, and the best practices for leading agile teams.
In this course, you’ll gain an in-depth knowledge of all areas of agile project management with a detailed exploration into developing an agile team, including understanding client needs, creating user stories, estimating required resources, and prioritizing features. You’ll also improve your leadership skills with agile coaching and collaboration techniques, including learning how to integrate with teams using different methodologies.
