Communicating Effectively is designed for working professionals who want to communicate more clearly and effectively in today’s diverse workplace. In this SAIT Micro-credential course, you'll explore the fundamentals of workplace communication, including verbal and non‑verbal techniques, active listening, and storytelling. You’ll also examine how communication shapes performance, collaboration, and inclusion across in‑person, remote, and hybrid environments.
The course emphasizes applied learning through exercises, discussion, and real‑world examples. You’ll practice engaging in meaningful conversations, delivering clear and purposeful messages, and navigating challenging or sensitive communication situations.
