Delivered online asynchronously and with the support of an industry-experienced instructor, our 32-hour Design of Carbon Transportation Infrastructure course will build your understanding of carbon pipeline transportation conceptualization and the considerations for techno-economic objectives, constraints and processes. You'll also cover mechanical, electrical and instrumentation design and life cycle assessment. This course has been designed to upskill engineering and design personnel to apply engineering design principles and standards to designing carbon gathering and transmission pipelines.
ENVS-017 is part of our Carbon Capture and Storage (CCS) micro-credential series. The series is intended for upskilling energy services workers, engineers, geoscience professionals, operators, technologists or trades professionals.

You must be a minimum of 18 years of age at the time you start this course. There are no other admission requirements (academic and/or work experience).
ENVS 011 Introduction to Carbon Capture and Storage (CCS) is a mandatory prerequisite for this course.
