Course Description

Designed to help you manage your projects successfully, this course is an immersion into Microsoft Project software. You'll explore this program as a crucial tool to help you gain effective project management skills, including how to create a work breakdown schedule, sequence tasks, assign resources and sort and filter project data.

From there, you'll learn how to build your Project software skills, track progress, adjust schedules, print various reports, import, export and customize data and manage consolidated projects.
