Our instructional design and development course is designed for instructors who want to develop and design training programs. You'll learn a six-step process for creating an effective training program that will ensure a return on investment.
Discover how to design a course with clear outcomes and specific learning objectives and how to link learning material, activities and skill-based outcomes. We will also distinguish different learning mediums and show you how to create a cost-effective blended learning environment.
You'll learn needs assessment techniques, and various approaches to assessing and analyzing training requirements at the organizational, departmental and individual level.
