Course Description

Today's organizations are faced with constant change – cultural, social, economic, and technological.

Each day we must make a multitude of decisions to solve problems, handle crises, and respond to opportunities and challenges as they occur. Every problem and decision come with unique factors that influence the outcome. In this course, you will learn a variety of tools, skills, and approaches to support effective problem solving and decision making.
