A well-conducted meeting provides a focused, collaborative space for new ideas and strategies to support organizational goals and operational effectiveness. However, many meetings turn out to be a drain on employee time and energy. From poor planning and delegation, to a lack of positivity or ineffective follow-up — there are many ways for meetings to fail.
