Course Description

In this black and white darkroom course, you'll create a beautiful collection of black and white prints for your portfolio or exhibition. You'll learn to develop and print black and white film in SAIT's traditional darkroom.

You'll make contact sheets and enlargements using techniques that include dodging, burning and contrast correction. 

Prerequisites

It is strongly recommended that you take Photography Foundations 1 (PHOT 021) or Basic Photography (PHOT 003) prior to taking this course.
