Course Description

In this course, you'll examine the design and applications of valves. From standard valves to specialized valves, the construction, maintenance and function of valves you'll develop a deep understanding of these components. Learn to describe valve actuators including the selection of actuator types as you discover the importance and function of pressure safety devices, along with the prevention of common problems associated with these valves.
