Course Description
Equity, diversity, and inclusion (EDI) knowledge is fast becoming an important skillset in Canadian workplaces and communities. Everyone can benefit from developing an inclusive mindset and building advocacy skills while empowering themselves and others to engage thoughtfully, empathetically and respectfully with people in their communities. Through this course, you’ll learn approaches and strategies to advance EDI in your workplace and personal circles. These microlessons introduce you to important definitions and concepts in EDI, provide self-awareness tools, and present strategies to advance inclusion and equity.
