Course Description

Building on BA Essentials I, this course introduces learners to Planning and Monitoring business analysis work leveraging different methodologies and assessing business needs to manage requirements throughout project life cycle. Analyze, model, design and deliver while building a greater understanding of Business Analysis in various contexts and industries, supporting BA associations, BA certifications and various BA pathways. Evaluate, prioritize and realize potential incremental improvements in business processes. You'll also learn to assess business needs and manage project requirements. You'll explore the world of agile business planning practices and emerge prepared to deliver value to your organization by helping it reach its full potential.
