The Professional Certificate – Project Management program is only available for International Students and can be taken as one program (for a one-year study period) or ideally, with another of our one-year International Professional Certificates programs, for a total study period of two years. As SAIT is a public institution, students may be eligible for the Post-Graduation Work Permit upon completion of their program(s). You may be eligible for a PGWP depending on when you applied into this program. Professional Certificate programs do not qualify students for the Alberta Opportunity Stream (AOS) under the Alberta Advantage Immigration Program (AAIP). The government is regularly making changes to the PGWP program so make sure you check the IRCC website regularly or email coned.international@sait.ca for clarity.

This one-year program is delivered over two consecutive semesters. We offer three intakes (Fall, Winter, and Spring starts) of this program every year. Courses are scheduled in three different time blocks: 8:00 am to 12:00 pm or 12:30pm to 4:30pm or 5:00pm to 9:00pm. A survey will be sent to students that have confirmed their Study Visa is in place to confirm time preference. Requests will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis.

Please note: we will make every effort to schedule you in your requested time slot, however, based on capacity and a number of other factors we are not able to guarantee that your requested time slot will be granted. Check this page regularly for new scheduled dates.
