Course Description

This practical exam is administered by the Canadian Culinary Federation and is the final element for the Chef de Cuisine (CCC) certification. You will write, cost and prepare a six-course menu for four covers from a provided ingredient list to set parameters.

You must complete all four CCC courses and the CCC written exam before taking the practical exam. Culinary Institute (CCI). To register in this course, you must be registered with the CCI and show proof of registration.
