Course Description

Your performance, every day, is in your control and your responsibility. When you leave this one-day course, you'll have increased awareness and strategies to grow, to implement and design where your power comes from and how to build on it to create the best version of yourself.

You'll gain an understanding of your strengths, how to play to and develop them and to recognize the ingredients required from you to perform professionally and with a robust work ethic. You'll explore how to adopt the right mindset in any environment, conversation or setting, how to boost rather than undermine your confidence and presence and how to build your network towards radical collaboration.
