Course Description

In this course, you will look at the way data is set up in an organization and how to leverage that data through the lens of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to make data-driven decisions. You will also look at defining the roles of data for effective decision-making in the modern workplace, as well as how to break down a data fluency framework. Finally, you will learn to effectively identify where data can add value to an organization.

Schedule:
This course will be delivered virtually using MS Teams or Zoom and  Brightspace(D2L). Virtual sessions will be held on Mondays and Wednesdays starting May 6 and ending June 10, 2024, from 6:00 pm - 9:00 pm.

There will be no class on Monday, May 20, 2024 for Victoria Day.

We encourage you to use your webcam and microphone to contribute to a more collaborative learning experience.

  • Zoom/Teams virtual communication/collaboration app
